【AI Nutrition and Food Functionalities Task Force】
Task Force Objectives
The Task Force aims to lay the foundation for next-generation functional research on food that truly contributes to extending healthy life expectancy, prevention of diseases, and improvement of QOL by utilizing human big data and artificial intelligence (AI).

Future Activities
1.
  Build a platform for human big data and work on the development of AI systems that will help extend healthy life expectancy and support research and development.
2.
  Work on the development of an AI system that predicts the functionality and safety of food by utilizing quantum computers.
3.
  Foster bioinformaticians and data scientists to drive AI design and research in this research area.
